Abstract:
Provided is an exterior unit forming a portion of a refrigerating cycle device in which a refrigerant circulates and having an opening for maintenance, said exterior unit being provided with: an opening/closing panel that is attached to the exterior unit so as to be openable/closable and covers the opening for maintenance; a heat source-side heat exchanger that is disposed above the opening for maintenance and has at least an opening/closing panel-facing heat exchange unit that faces a surface that includes the opening/closing panel; a drainage path that is disposed below at least the opening/closing panel-facing heat exchange unit of the heat source-side heat exchanger so as to be inclined downward toward a surface other than the surface that includes the opening/closing panel; and a heat supply means that is disposed so as to be close to or in contact with at least a portion of the drainage path and distributes a fluid having a higher temperature than the freezing point of water.
