Abstract:
The utility model provides an exterior vehicle-mounted video camera, comprising a shell, a camera provided in the shell, and a transparent cover mounted on an outer surface of the shell, wherein the shell includes a base and an upper cover which is snap-fastened together with the base and packages the camera within the shell, the front end of the upper cover has an annular opening which is closed by the convex transparent cover, and the camera shoots through the transparent cover. The exterior vehicle-mounted video camera of the present utility model is mounted from the exterior of the shell via the transparent cover, so that not only is the installation difficulty reduced, but also the functions of explosionproofing and waterproofing can be achieved.
