An exterior wire harness 10 is provided with: an electric wire 11; a fibrous resin cloth 20 that is folded over so as to enclose the electric wire 11, and is overlain upon itself and bound such that both end sides extending in the folding direction protrude outward; and a shield layer 16 that is adhered to the inner surface of the resin cloth 20.
