Abstract:
An external cloth collection device for a computerized flat knitting machine, comprising a cloth roller (1), a cloth roller clamping device (2), a cloth roller transmission device (3) and a drive device (4), the cloth roller clamping device (2) and the cloth roller transmission device (3) being provided on two ends of the cloth roller (1) in the lengthwise direction thereof, the cloth roller clamping device (2) being mounted, by means of a left shaft seat box (6), onto a left wall plate (51) of a rack (5), the cloth roller clamping device (2) being mounted inside the left shaft seat box (6), one end of the cloth roller clamping device being connected to the cloth roller (1) after passing through the box wall of one side of the left shaft seat box (6), the cloth roller transmission device (3) being fixedly mounted, by means of a right shaft seat box (7), onto a right wall plate (52) of the rack (5), the cloth roller transmission device (3) being mounted onto the right shaft seat box (7), one end of the cloth roller transmission device being connected to the cloth roller (1) such that transmission is allowed therebetween, and the other end thereof being connected to the drive device (4) provided in the right shaft seat box (7), the cloth roller transmission device (3) providing, by means of the drive device (4), power for the rotation of the cloth roller (1), and the cloth roller clamping device (2) enabling quick assembly and disassembly of the cloth roller (1). The cloth collection device has a wide range of application, facilitates quick finishing of knitted cloth, is convenient to modify and is low cost; moreover, it is convenient in assembly and disassembly, improving production efficiency.
