An external feeding system for treating medical waste liquid, comprising a receiving container (1) for storing the medical waste liquid and a feeding container (2) for accommodating a coagulant. The feeding container (2) comprises an outlet (23) and a seal (24) for sealing the outlet (23); the receiving container (1) comprises a feeding connector (13) having a feeding channel (130); the feeding container (2) and the receiving container (1) are provided with a guide mechanism comprising a guide lug (131) and a guide slot (221); the feeding connector (13) is provided with a plurality of splitting portions (14) arranged in the circumferential direction of the feeding channel (130) and spaced apart from each other by a certain distance; the guide mechanism allows the feeding container (2) to rotate by a predetermined angle relative to the receiving container (1), so that the plurality of splitting portions (14) split the seal (24) in the circumferential direction of the feeding channel (130) to damage the seal (24), and thus, the coagulant contained in the feeding container (2) flows into the receiving container (1) by means of the outlet (23). When a coagulant needs to be added to a storage container of medical waste liquid, the external feeding system provides a safe and convenient operation mode.
