Abstract:
Disclosed by the present invention are an external liquid storage box and a household appliance, the external liquid storage box comprising an internally hollow box body for accommodating liquid and a ventilation unit which balances the air pressure inside the hollow box body with that of the outside. The ventilation unit comprises an opening and a sealing cover mounted on the opening; one side surface of the sealing cover facing the opening is provided with a ventilation structure which allows communication between the inside and the outside of the box body by means of the opening. Also provided by the present invention is a household appliance, which is provided with a connection unit capable of being quickly connected to an external accessory, and the connection unit matches and is connected to the external liquid storage box. In the present invention, the household appliance is assembled with an external and detachable liquid storage box, thereby enabling simple and convenient maintenance of the liquid storage box, and effectively preventing unsolvable problems such as clogging from occurring. The structure is simple, disassembly is convenient, and replacement and cleaning may be facilitated.
