Abstract:
Disclosed is an external rotor assembly, comprising a casing (1), a rotating shaft (2) and a plurality of magnetic shoes (3) mounted on an inner wall of the casing (1). The magnetic shoes (3) are mounted on the inner wall of the casing (1) via a support (4). The support (4) comprises a support body (42) mounted on the bottom of the casing and a plurality of installation pieces (41) arranged on the support body (42). The magnetic shoes (3) are mounted between two adjacent installation pieces (41). Each installation piece (41) comprises a first installation sheet (411) and a second installation sheet (412). The first installation sheet (411) and the second installation sheet (412) axially protrude from an end face of the support body (42). A cushion cavity (426) is formed between the first installation sheet (411) and the second installation sheet (412). When the magnetic shoes (3) are mounted between two adjacent installation pieces (41), the cushion cavity (426) is capable of clamping the magnetic shoes (3) more effectively to prevent the magnetic shoes (3) from being loosened. The fixation effect is good, and the assembly operation is simple.
