Abstract:

Disclosed is an external rotor permanent magnet direct-drive servomotor, comprising a rotor assembly and a stator assembly. The rotor assembly comprises: an upper end cover (1), and an external rotor (2) and a rotating shaft (3) fixedly connected to the lower end surface of the upper end cover (1), with a magnet (8) being fixed to an inner side of the external rotor (2). The stator assembly comprises: a winding (7), a bearing seat (4) and a bearing successively arranged between the magnet (8) and the rotating shaft (3) from the outside to the inside, wherein a motor base (6) is fixedly connected to a lower end of the bearing seat (4), a coded disc read head (10) is arranged on an upper end surface of the motor base (6), and an axial reflective photoelectric coded disc (9) is arranged on a lower end surface of the rotating shaft (3) for adapting to the coded disc read head (10). The external rotor permanent magnet direct-drive servomotor can use the bearing disposed within the motor to reduce the overall height of the motor; and with the cooperation between the axial reflective photoelectric coded disc (9) and the coded disc read head (10), the axial reflective photoelectric coded disc (9) can be made into a sheet, leaving room for further reducing the height and volume of the motor.
