Abstract:
According to the present invention, an externally disintegrating solid cleanser containing algin, calcium sulfate, magnesium oxide, diatomite, corn starch, a surfactant, additives, and water in the form of a discontinuous hydrogel-powder composite, and a method for producing same are provided. The algin and calcium sulfate, together with water, form a discontinuous hydrogel and act as a binder for powder particles, the corn starch is gelatinized into an adhesive starch by water and acts as an adhesive for the powder particles, and the discontinuous hydrogel and the adhesive starch, together with the powder particles, can form a discontinuous hydrogel-powder composite having a three-dimensional structure. The externally disintegrating solid cleanser according to the present invention not only has excellent handling properties and ease of use due to having high water resistance, impact resistance, and externally disintegrating properties, but can also be molded into a one-time usage amount so that none of the product is wasted, and has excellent cleansing power so that deep cleansing of even pores is possible and double cleansing is not required.
