Abstract:
Provided is an externally mounted touch display apparatus, comprising a capacitive touchscreen (1) and display module (2) in a stacked arrangement; the display module (2) comprises a display panel (2a) and a backlight module (2b), arranged opposite to each other, and a middle frame (2c) used for supporting the display panel (2a) and the backlight module (2b); the display panel (2a) comprises an array substrate (21); the array substrate (21) is provided with a pixel electrode layer (212) comprising a plurality of pixel electrodes; said pixel electrode layer (212) is used as a first capacitive sensing electrode (4); the middle-frame (2c) side facing the backlight module (2b) is also provided with a second capacitive sensing electrode (3); there is a gap between the second capacitive sensing electrode (3) and the backlight module (2b); the first capacitive sensing electrode (4) and the second capacitive sensing electrode (3) constitute a capacitive sensing mechanism (C1), used for sensing a pressure signal applied to said capacitive touchscreen (1); during the time of display of a frame picture, said pixel electrode layer (212) is used for delivering, in a time-divided manner, a pixel electrode signal and a pressure sense signal.
