Abstract:
[Problem] To provide an extracorporeal circulation device configured so as to not cause malfunctions such as the motor speed dropping below a lower limit speed in the extracorporeal circulation device, and capable of safely performing extracorporeal circulation during surgical operations. [Solution] An extracorporeal circulation device (1) having: a control unit (100); an operation unit (e.g., a rotating operation unit (51)) capable of applying a command to the control unit (100) and changing the speed of a motor (4), as a result of an operator operating the operation unit, and capable of setting, so as to be freely changeable, the lower limit speed setting a value for the motor, said value being the minimum speed so as to ensure that there is no backflow of blood in the circulation circuit (IR) when using the motor (4) and returning blood to the body of a patient (P) from an artificial lung (2); a rotating display unit (60) capable of displaying the lower limit speed setting values for the motor (4) by using control unit (100) instructions; and a display unit (30).
