Abstract:
An extraction bag filling/packing machine (70) for manufacturing an extraction bag (6) in a tetrahedral shape is provided with a vertical seal device (75) which forms an extraction bag sheet (5) in a tubular body, a sheet feeding means, a lateral seal device (76) which alternately forms a first lateral seal and a second lateral seal by ultrasonic-welding/fusing the tubular body of the extraction bag sheet in mutually crossing directions on an upper face view and a filling device (80) which fills an inner part of the tubular body of the extraction bag sheet with a content while formation of the first lateral seal and that of the second lateral seal are alternately repeated. The lateral seal device (76) is provided with a travel-type seal head (76a), a columnar anvil (76b) and an anvil fixing means (76c). The columnar anvil (76b) can rotate in a circumferential direction and has a plurality of flat faces (76b1) extending in a longitudinal direction on a circumferential face. The lateral seal is formed by making the flat face (76b1) confront with the seal head (76a). Thus, abrasion of the anvil (76b) is reduced and an abrasion face can easily be exchanged.
