Abstract:
An extraction separation column for liquid-liquid extraction, a liquid-liquid extraction separation apparatus and method, and a use. The extraction separation column comprises a column (1) having an opening at least at one end; a filtering assembly is arranged in the column (1); a liquid to be filtered enters via the opening from outside of the column pipe (1), passes through the filtering assembly, and then enters an inner cavity of the column pipe (1); and the filtering assembly comprises a first screening plate (2), a water obstruction layer (6), and a second screening plate (7) sequentially arranged from bottom to top. When the extraction separation column is used, a supernatant does not need to be carefully withdrawn, the objective of easily removing organic matter without centrifugation is achieved, extraction separation time is reduced, and the sample is not prone to being polluted.
