Abstract:
Disclosed are a production process and a production line for the extraction of wheat aleurone layer content by means of a pure physical dry method, comprising the following steps: feeding raw materials into a stock bin unit, stirring, storing, grinding and sieving, and separately measuring the packaging. The production process and the production line can effectively ensure the production efficiency, the flour yield, the quality of the aleurone layer content and the content of the pure aleurone layer by selecting and controlling the raw material particle size and water content, while satisfying the requirements of saving energy and environmental protection.
