Abstract:
An extractor capable of extracting tea components from hot water even if the amount of the hot water is small and its level is lowered near a base plate, comprising a strainer having a cylindrical side wall and a plunger assembled with the strainer, characterized in that the base plate of the strainer is liquid-impermeable, the side wall of the strainer including a lower part forming a connection portion with the base plate is liquid-permeable, and the plunger is formed of an inverted U-type plunger body and a plunger shaft connected to the center part of the plunger body.
