Abstract:
The present invention provides a manufacturing method for an extruded resin plate that is suitable as a protective plate for a liquid crystal display or the like. A laminate body, in which a methacrylic resin-containing layer has been laminated on least one surface of a polycarbonate-containing layer, is co-extruded from a T-die in a molten state and is cooled using three or more mutually-adjacent cooling rollers, and the obtained extruded resin plate is taken out by take-out rollers. The total temperature (TX) of the laminate body when interposed between the second cooling roller and third cooling roller is set to be at least +10°C relative to the glass transition temperature (Tg (PC)) of the polycarbonate-containing layer, and the total temperature (TT) of the laminate body at the position of detachment from the final cooling roller is set to be a range of -2°C to +19°C relative to the glass transition temperature (Tg (PC)). The peripheral speed ratio (V4/V2) between the peripheral speed (V4) of the take-out rollers and the peripheral speed (V2) of the second cooling roller is set to be at least 0.98 but less than 1.0.
