Abstract:
An extruded resin sheet manufacturing method comprising a step for extruding a thermoplastic resin laminate (16), in which a layer containing a methacrylic resin with a glass transition temperature of at least 115°C is laminated on at least one surface of a polycarbonate-containing layer, from a T-die (11) in a melted state, wherein at the position in which the thermoplastic resin laminate (16) is peeled from a cooling roll (14) onto which the laminate is ultimately wound, the temperature of the resin as a whole is made to be in the range of −2°C to +15°C with respect to the glass transition temperature of the polycarbonate-containing layer and the circumferential velocity ratio (V4/V2) of the circumferential velocity (V4) of drawing rolls (15) to the circumferential velocity (V2) of a second cooling roll (13) is made to be 0.98 to 1.01.
