Abstract:

Provided is an extruding machine that can be applied to production of various types of resins or elastomers without exchanging dies. The extruding machine comprises: a cylinder to which a material substance that is a material elastomer or a material resin is supplied; a screw that is rotationally driven inside the cylinder to process the material substance with the cylinder; and a die 5 that is provided at an outlet part of the cylinder and ejects the processed material substance. The die 5 has a first flat plate 11 provided with at least one first through-hole 13 and a second flat plate 12 provided with at least one second through-hole 14. The first flat plate 11 and the second flat plate 12 are arranged adjacent to each other along a longitudinal axis X1 of the cylinder. At least any of the first flat plate 11 and the second flat plate 12 is relatively movable to the other flat plate so that the area of overlapped parts of the first through-hole 13 and the second through-hole 14 can be changed.
