Abstract:
An extrusion head (3) and an ice-cream machine having same. The extrusion head comprises a conical main body having cutting blades and extrusion threads. The surface of the extrusion head is provided with continuous cutters (3.1) that are formed by the combination of at least two cutting blades and the extrusion threads. The top portion of the extrusion head is a flat surface (3.2). The extrusion threads are positioned on the upper portion the extrusion head, and the degree of inclination of said threads is low; the cutting blades are positioned on the lower portion of the extrusion head and the degree of inclination of said blades is high; and the overall degree of inclination of the extrusion head changes gradually. The base portion of the extrusion head is provided with a rotary shaft (3.3). The extrusion head has a simple and sound structure, vibrates little, makes little noise, and has a wide range of applications.
