Abstract:
An extrusion method for a high-brittleness aluminum alloy, comprising: heating a ductile aluminum alloy ingot and a high-brittleness aluminum alloy ingot and then loading same into an extrusion container, and causing the ductile aluminum alloy ingot to be positioned at a front end of the extrusion container, and the high-brittleness aluminum alloy ingot to be positioned at a back end of the extrusion container; and then performing upsetting, extrusion, aligning, and peeling, to obtain a high-brittleness aluminum alloy extruded piece product. A ductile aluminum alloy ingot is placed in front of a high-brittleness aluminum alloy ingot, and by means of controlling the pre-heat temperature of both, the high-brittleness aluminum alloy ingot is caused to not come into contact with an extrusion die, improving extrusion product yield. The processing is simple, does not require independent manufacture of a sheath, and can integrate well with existing common extrusion processing, causing high-brittleness aluminum alloy extrusion processing to have the potential for scaled production.
