Abstract:
Provided is an extrusion method for manufacturing a conical bushing, comprising: a press moving downward to press a first upper die, extruding the upper end of a first steel tube from a die bushing to pass through the inner cavity of the first upper die and extend into a second steel tube; placing the second upper die onto the first upper die, and the press moving downward to extrude the upper end of the first steel tube; placing a third upper die above the second upper die, and the press moving downward to extrude the upper end of the first steel tube; connecting a first lower die below the die bushing, the press moving downward, and the first lower die extruding the lower end of the first steel tube; placing a second lower die below the first lower die, the press moving downward to extrude the lower end of the first steel tube to obtain a conical bushing. This manner of extrusion is convenient to operate and production efficiency is high.
