Abstract:

The present invention provides an extrusion system and a tire blank processing method. The extrusion system comprises: a base; a moving mechanism disposed on the base and provided with a mounting frame; an extruder component disposed on the mounting frame and comprising multiple extruders; and a total machine head disposed in front of the extruder component and provided with a glue outlet in communication with a machine head of the multiple extruders. After one glue is completed processing, another extruder required to carry out glue spitting is selected in the extruder component according to the glue required to carry out glue spitting in the next step for carrying out glue spitting, and the next procedure is directly carried out without repeatedly switching a single extruder to a tire blank to be processed for processing, as that in the prior art. The operation is simple, and the production efficiency is high.
