Abstract:
Extrusion transfer coating equipment, used for coating a base material (1) with a coating liquid (2). The extrusion transfer coating equipment comprises a frame (4), a feeding device (5), an unreeling device (6) used for releasing a transfer medium (3), a conveying device (7) comprising an upper extrusion roller (70) and a lower extrusion roller (71) that roll synchronously, and a solidifying device (8). The coating liquid (2) is sandwiched between the base material (1) and the transfer medium (3), and forms a coating film layer on the surface of the base material (1) under the effect of extrusion force between the upper extrusion roller (70) and the lower extrusion roller (71). The transfer medium (3) and the base material (1) coated with the coating liquid (2) are clamped by means of the extrusion force of the upper extrusion roller (70) and the lower extrusion roller (71), so as to form the coating film layer with uniform thickness on the base material (1), and the cost is greatly reduced.
