Abstract:
An extrusion transfer coating method, comprising the following steps: providing extrusion transfer coating equipment comprising an upper extrusion roller (70) and a lower extrusion roller (71) that roll synchronously; providing a coating liquid; providing a transfer medium (3); and transferring, wherein the coating liquid is sandwiched between the base material (1) and the transfer medium (3), and forms a coating film layer between the transfer medium (3) and the base material (1) under the effect of extrusion force between the upper extrusion roller (70) and the lower extrusion roller (71), and the coating film layer is solidified to attach to the surface of the base material (1). The method is applicable to the technical field of coating of polymeric functional films; by sandwiching the coating liquid between the transfer medium (3) and the base material (1) and forming the coating film layer through transfer treatment, the method aims to solve the problems that an existing coating technology needs to adopt a diluent so as to generate potential safety hazard and can only carry out single-function coating; the cost is greatly reduced.
