Abstract:
A noodle making machine provided with: a casing comprising a cylindrical body; a screw; a nozzle body; a joining member; a hopper; and a drive device. The nozzle body has a large number of holes each tapered toward the exit thereof. Engaging projection/recess sections are provided to the inner peripheral surface of the nozzle body, and receiving recess/projection sections fitted to the engaging projection/recess sections are provided to corresponding portions on the end surface of the top peripheral edge of the cylindrical body casing. The base section of the cylindrical body casing, said base section being located at the lower end of the hopper, is constructed from a resin, the top end section of the cylindrical body casing, said top end section being located close to the exit, is constructed from metal, and the extrusion type noodle making machine is configured by joining the resin portion and the metallic portion together.
