Abstract:
Provided is an eye mask which is capable of maintaining the warming effects of far infrared rays, which is not limited by environmental conditions, which can be conveniently carried, and which can be used hands-free repeatedly. The eye mask includes: eye mask module covers 3A, 3B; a rubber belt 15 that is connected to both ends of the eye mask module cover 3A and secures the same to a head of a human body; a far infrared radiation sheet unit 5 that includes a far infrared radiation sheet which is a composite paper having an electrode, the composite paper being formed by carbon fibers and/or graphite being mixed therein; a rechargeable lithium ion battery 11 that supplies power to the far infrared radiation sheet; and a controller that is connected to the far infrared radiation sheet unit 5 and the rechargeable lithium ion battery 11 and controls the temperature of the far infrared radiation sheet. The far infrared radiation sheet radiates infrared rays when the electrode is energized.
