Abstract:
The present invention relates to an eyeball management device, a method, and a recording medium, and in particular, may provide an eyeball management device, a method, and a recording medium for providing customized information to a user by analyzing the user's eye blinking pattern when using a smart apparatus. In addition, the present invention may provide an eyeball management device, a method, and a recording medium for providing customized information suitable for the state of user's eyeballs in real time by: generating information about the number of eye blinks for each program used and information about the number of eye blinks for each time period; and analyzing the eye blinking pattern of the user so as to reflect the sleep time of the user, or the humidity or fine dust and the like.
