Description:
EYEBROW DRESSING STAMPER APPARATUS BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION FIELD OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to an eyebrow dressing stamper apparatus, and more particularly to an eyebrow dressing stamper apparatus for an easy handcarry and for a rapid application of various types of eyebrows.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PRIOR ART Generally, eyebrow pencils or crayons are widely used by women to beautify their eyebrows. However, it is difficult to shape both eyebrows identically but oppositely, and as a result, one eyebrow may be slightly larger than, or shaped differently from the other. Still worse, one or more edges may be left ragged, thus contributing to an unattractive appearance of the eyebrow and repeated erases.

In order to improve the aforementioned drawbacks, for example, in Japanese laid open utility model No. Sho. 53-64661, eyebrows shapes are stamped by a stamp fixed by a handle to an eyebrow-shaped plate. There is a drawback in this invention in that eyebrow shapes are not controlled in their shades according to their positions and are painted at a predetermined depth of color, contributing an unattractive appearance. This invention is therefore unused in reality now.

Also, Japanese laid open utility model No. Sho. 53-58083 entitled, "template for eyebrow make-up"discloses that eyebrows are made up on upper sides of transparent plastic and reinforcements and holding parts. Another Japanese laid open utility model No. Hei. 9-289920 entitled,"eyebrow template" discloses a template having an opening of an eyebrow shape by which a user can establish a reference line for recognizing a horizontal status. Japanese laid open

utility model No. Hei. 9-238744 entitled,"auxiliary equipment for eyebrow painting"discloses that the equipment comprising a V-shaped handle and a bow- shaped eyebrow substrate of resilient and flexible material serves to symmetrically paint left and right eyebrows according to curved positions thereof.

All above-mentioned inventions adopt a method where an eyebrow shape pattern is placed on a facial part, or a support having means of scales indicating a position to be beautified is disclosed. All of the above-mentioned method thus described enables an eyebrow shape to be painted at a predetermined size, and yet, there is a disadvantage in that eyebrows are painted by hand.

U. S. Patent No. 4,858,631 entitled"simulated eyebrow applicator" discloses a method where applicators made of pieces in sheet-like materials such as plastic paper, having desirable eyebrow shapes of paints, are transferred to a desired position on the face to beautify the eyebrows. And yet, this kind of method provides less adhesion to thereby make it inevitable to erase eyebrows at an extensive area. There is another disadvantage in that tints and results are inferior to eyebrow shapes done by eyebrow pencils or stamping method.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention is disclosed to solve the aforementioned problems and it is an object of the present invention to provide an eyebrow dressing stamper by which a stamping method is adopted for use in painting desirable eyebrow shapes, where expression of eyebrows is equal to that of eyebrow pencil and depth of shade in eyebrow shape is expressed in accordance with contour of protruded portion under the eyebrows and pattern of the eyebrows is accurately and swiftly painted on a desirable position.

In accordance with the object of the present invention, there is provided an eyebrow dressing stamper apparatus, the apparatus comprising: a body;

two ink cartridges, each releasably mounted to front end and rear end of the body and filled therein with dressing ink for being exuded when applied thereto by external force; a pusher movably installed within the body for receiving an external force to apply same to the ink cartridges; and a manipulating apparatus connected to the pusher in order to transmit a manipulating force of a user to the pusher.

Accordingly, when the user puts the ink injection screen to a desired eyebrow portion to manipulate the manipulating apparatus, the manipulating force of the manipulating apparatus is applied to a rear side of the ink cartridge via the pusher to force the dressing ink filled in the ink cartridge screen to be injected, thereby dressing up the eyebrow portions simply and easily.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION A preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

Figure 1 is an assembled perspective view for illustrating an eyebrow dressing stamper apparatus according to one embodiment of the present invention, where a body 1, a type of a cubic eyebrow, is disposed thereon with a stamp button 3 for a user to manipulate. The body 1 is arranged thereunder with a handle 2 screwed thereinto for the user to easily hold. It should be noted that the handle 2 may be also fitted into the body 1.

The body 1, the stamp button 3 and the handle 2 may be injection- molded in sythetic resin for easy manufacturing thereof. Furthermore, the body 1 is provided at front and rear sides thereof with ink cartridges 4, each fitted into and assembled unto the body for accommodating dressing ink 5b, and the body is mounted at both left and right ends thereof with point sticks 6 for easily

establishing positions of eyebrow dressing. The dressing ink 5b is preferred to be of gel-type ink or of stamping ink.

Meanwhile, Figures 2 and 3 are respective exploded perspective views of eyebrow dressing stamper apparatus according to one embodiment of the present invention, where the body 1 is separated into an upper lid la and a lower lid lb, both of which are made to form curvatures around eyebrow edges in plate shapes, such that the upper and lower lids la and lb are combined to form an eyebrow shape and simultaneously form a predetermined size of inner space therebetween, thereby providing a body accommodator 12 therebetween.

The upper lid la is formed with an opening 10 for inserting the stamp button 3, through which the stamp button 3 is inserted to be fitted to the body 1.

Vicinites of left/right edges of the opening 10 are formed with a semi-cylinder shaped bearing protruder 3a, such that, when the stamp button 3 is mounted to the body 1, a button shaft 3b formed at left/right sides of the stamp button 3 is supportively inserted into a groove formed at the bearing protruder 3a.

The upper and lower lids la and lb are formed at both front and rear inner ends thereof with a predetermined depth of groove, which is preferred to have a depth of 5 ~ 8mm. A predetermined size of ink cartridge accommodator lc is formed in the groove, where the ink cartridge accommodator lc is fitted into by the ink cartridge 4.

The upper and lower lids la and lb are integrally formed at left/right ends thereof with semi-cylinder shaped cases 6a, one case facing the other case, and when the upper and lower lids la and lb are combined, a case 6a of the upper lid la and the other case 6a of the lower lid lb form empty cylinders therebetween. The left/right cyclinders are respectively formed therein with two round-headed point sticks 6, each in oppositely facing direction and a spring 9 is disposed between the two point sticks, where the spring 9 serves to push the

point sticks outward.

Tip end of the point stick 6 is preferred not to be sharp, such that, it does not hurt a facial skin of a user.

Meanwhile, the ink cartridge 4 of eyebrow shape is disposed with an empty accommodator 4b for filling the dressing ink 5 therein, and is attached at a front end thereof with an ink injection screen of gold foil, and sealed thereby.

The ink injection screen 5 is formed with a plurality of holes, each having preferably a diameter of less than 0.01mm, where the holes are respectively distributed in accordance with contours of protruded areas beneath the eyebrows.

Furthermore, the ink cartridge 4 is formed at the rear end thereof with a hanging jaw 4a so as to be fitted into the accommodator lc, and the hanging jaw 4a is attached and sealed at a rear end thereof by a soft membrane 4c.

The body accommodator 12 is oppositely disposed with two pushers 7 so as to approach the soft membrane 4c. The two pushers 7 are formed at inner surfaces thereof with fixing groove 7a, where the fixing groove 7a is connected to both ends of tensile spring 8 and the two pushers 7 are inter-connected via the two tensile springs 8.

The two pushers 7 receives a resilient restoring force of the tensile spring 8 to thereafter be pulled and accommodated toward inner direction of the body 1, where a staired jaw 11 is formed at both front/rear inner end surfaces of the upper/lower lids la and lb, so that the staired jaw 11 is hitched by corner areas of the pushers 7, and accommodating operation of the pusher 7 toward inner body direction is restricted to thereby support the pusher 7. The pushers 7 are so installed as to move back and forth within the body accommodator 12. In other words, the pushers are so disposed as to be pushed out of the body 1 by external force of manipulation of the stamp button 3, or be accommodated

inward of the body 1 by resilient restoring force of the tensile spring 8.

Meanwhile, the semi-cylinder shaped stamp button 3 is in touch at an external periphery 3c thereof with corner of the pusher 7 to thereby push to pusher 7 and is formed at inner surface thereof with a ruggedness-formed pushing part such that a user can easily manipulate the same. Furthermore, the stamp button 3 is protrudingly and integrally formed at left/right surfaces thereof with the button shaft 3b which is in turn disposed at a predetermined position underneath radius central point thereof to thereafter be accommodated into the bearing protruder 3a.

Now, operation effect of the eyebrow dressing stamper apparatus according to one embodiment of the present invention thus constructed will be described.

Figure 4 is a sectional view of the eyebrow dressing stamper apparatus according to the present invention before it is used, that is, before it is not applied by external force, where the ink cartridge 4 is filled with dressing ink 5b and two pushers 7 maintain a tightened state of being pulled toward the inner direction of the body 1 by the resilient restoring force of the tensile spring 8, and the pushers 7 maintain at inner corner areas thereof a state of being in touch with periphery 3c of the stamp button 3.

Under this circumstances, when, for example, a user pushes the stamp button 3 counterclockwise as illustrated in Figure 5 in order to dress the left eyebrow, the stamp button 3 is rotated around the button shaft 3b. When the stamp button 3 is rotated, one pusher 7 located at the same rotating direction of the stamp button 3 is pushed outside of the body 1 by the periphery 3c. One of the pushers 7 which is pushed outside of the body 1 presses the soft membrane 4c of the ink cartridge 4 arranged near the pusher 7, and the soft membrane 4c is pushed into the ink cartridge 4 to thereby apply a pressure to the dressing ink

5b in the ink cartridge 4. Successively, the dressing ink 5b is exuded outside through the holes 5a at the ink screen 5 to thereafter coat eyebrow portions of the user, such that eyebrow dressing can be swiftly and easily done by simple touching manipulation of the user.

Meanwhile, after one eyebrow portion is dressed and when the stamp button 3 being pressed by the user is released, the stamp button 3 is returned to an original position by the resilient restoring force of the tensile spring 8 at the pusher 7, and simultaneously, the restoring movement of the pusher 7 is applied to the stamp button 3 which is in contact with the pusher 7, such that the stamp button 3 is again rotated clockwise to automatically return to the original position thereof, thereby maintaining a state of preventing the ink from exuding any more, as illustrated in Figure 4.

Furthermore, when the user, for example, intends to dress the right eyebrow portion and thereby turns the handle, the ink cartridge is easily turned thereby. When the user in turn presses the right side of the stamp button by finger, as shown in Figure 6. The dress ink is exuded by external force applied by the user to allow the eyebrow portion to be easily and simply dressed.

At this location, distance of the pusher 7 pushed outside of the body by the stamp button is determined by an established position of the button shaft. In other words, the button shaft 3b at the stamp button is formed underneath a central point of the button, such that distance of each point differs on the button shaft and periphery 3c. In other words, the distance to a periphery just thereunder from the button shaft is the shortest while the distance to both ends of the periphery from the button shaft is the longest. Successively, the pusher contacting the periphery of the button shaft is pushed when the stamp button is rotated around its shaft as long as the distance from the external side of the body to thereby apply a pressure to the dressing ink through the soft membrane.

Meanwhile, the point stick 6 serves as a reference in establishing an accurate position where the eyebrow dressing is performed during eyebrow make-up.

Figure 7 is an exploded perspective view of a stamper apparatus according to another embodiment of the present invention, where, a handle 102 is formed in a rectangular pillar shape, however, it should be understood that the present invention is not to be limited to the specific embodiment, and the handle can be shaped in other forms such as hexagonal pillar shape and the like for a user to hold same easily.

Furthermore, the handle 102 is integrally and protrusively formed at both upper sides thereof with a protruder 102a for fitting into the body.

The handle 102 is resiliently and supportively disposed at both sides thereof with two manipulating buttons 104a and 104b, each button bent at an approximate middle portion thereof, via respective springs 108. In other words, one tip end of each manipulating button 104a and 104b is rotatively mounted to the handle 102 via a hinge shaft (not shown), while the other tip end of teach manipulating button 104a and 104b is integrally formed with a sliding block 105, where the sliding block 105 is inwardly formed at a predetermined depth at inner sides thereof with guide grooves 105a.

Furthermore, the handle 102 is protrusively and outwardly formed with guide protruders 106, and each guide protruder 106 is inserted into the guide groove 105a of the sliding block 105 for coupling therebetween, such that the sliding block 105 moves up and down the handle according to the guide of the guide protruder 106.

Each sliding block 105 is integrally formed at external tip end thereof with a pressing protruder 107 which is in turn extended lengthwise. The pressing protruder 107 is integrally fixed at one tip end thereof to the sliding block 105

and is formed at the other tip end thereof with spherical coupling protruder.

Meanwhile, a body 101 according to another embodiment of the present invention is separably formed with an upper lid 101a and a lower lid 101b as in the former embodiment of the present invention, where, the lower lid 101b is formed with an opening 110 of a predetermined size while, the opening 110 is formed vicinity of at left/right edges with outwardly-protruding semi-cylinder bearing protruders lOlc.

The opening 110 is supportively and rotatably inserted by a rotary body 103 having a very similar shape as the stamp button 3 in the former embodiment of the present invention. In other words, the rotary body 103 of semi-pillar shape touches the edges of the pusher 7 at an external periphery thereof 103c to push the pusher 7 and is flatly formed at an inner surface thereof 103a, which is different from that of the previous embodiment.

The opening 110 is integrally and protrusively formed at left/right sides thereof with a rotary shaft 103b, which is in turn formed at a predetermined area of less than central radius point thereof and is supportively accommodated into the bearing protruder lOlc. The opening 110 is also formed at a predetermined interval with a groove, and the groove is rotatably inserted by respective coupling protruders at the pressing protruder 107 to thereby interconnect the rotary body 103 with the pressing protruder 107 via the groove and the coupling protruders.

Like reference numerals and symbols are used for designation of like or equivalent parts or portions because other unexplained areas are the same as those of the previous embodiment in construction thereof.

Figures 8,9 and 10 are sectional views for illustrating operational state of a stamper apparatus according to another embodiment of the present invention, where Figure 8 illustrates a state where the eyebrow dressing stamper

apparatus is not manipulated.

The ink cartridge 4 is filled with the dressing ink 5b and the two pushers 7 maintain an inwardly-pulled state by resilient restoring force of tensile spring 8 and the pushers 7 maintain a contacted state at inner edges thereof with periphery 103c of the rotary body 103.

When a user presses the left manipulating button 104a while the handle 102 is held by hand in order to dress up, for example, the left eyebrow under the above-mentioned circumstance, a folded portion of the left manipulating button 104a is unfolded to push one tip end thereof upwards. The sliding block 105 attached to the manipulating button is pushed upwards along the guide protruder 106 at the handle 102 by elongation movement of the manipulating button, where the pressing protruder 107 mounted at a tip end of the guide protruder 106 pushes the rotary body 103 clockwise.

Successively, the rotary body 103 is rotated clockwise around its shaft, and one pusher 7 disposed at the same rotary direction of the rotary body out of the two pushers 7 is pushed outside of the body 1 by the periphery 103c. The pusher 7 pushed outside of the body thus described serves to press the soft membrane 4c at the ink cartridge 4 arranged near to the pusher 7, where the soft membrane 4c is pushed inward of the ink cartridge to apply a pressure to the dressing ink 5b filled in the ink cartridge. The dressing ink 5b is in turn exuded outside through holes 5a at the ink screen 5 to thereby coat the eyebrow portions of the user, such that the eyebrow dress-up is easily expedited by a simple touching manipulation of the user.

Meanwhile, when the manipulation which has been pressed by the user is released after one eyebrow portion is dressed up as described above, the manipulating button is returned to an original folded state by the resilient restoring force of the spring 108 and its own resilient and the pusher 7 is also

returned to an original position by resilient restoring force of the tensile spring 8.

The rotary body 103 is again rotated counterclockwise by restoring movement of the manipulating button and the pusher 7 to automatically return to an original position, to thereby prevent the dressing ink from being exuded any more, and maintain the same state as illustrated in Figure 8.

Furthermore, when the user, for example, decides to dress up the right eyebrow area, and turns the handle while the handle is hold by finger, the ink cartridge is easily switched. When the manipulating button 104b is pressed again by finger as illustrated in Figure 10 as in the aforementioned way, the dressing ink is exuded by external force applied by the user, enabling an easy and simple dress-up of eyebrow area.

The latter embodiment of the present invention is more convenient than the former embodiment in the operation of the manipulating button and it is also easy to use the stamper apparatus.

Figure 11 is a schematic drawing for illustrating a variety of ink injection screens for performance according to likings of a user, where the user can selectively use the ink cartridge according the user's taste, such that various types of eyebrows can be dressed.

As an operational effect of the eyebrow dressing stamper apparatus according to the present invention, there is an advantage in that its dressing effect is equal to that of eyebrow pencil, even though eyebrows are dressed up by hand. This is possible due to adoption of ink injection screen 5 having a different hole distribution according to shades of eyebrow contours in order to come into view the shade depths of eyebrow shapes putting a natural life thereto in proportion to contours of protruded areas underneath the eyebrows according to the ink cartridge 4 attached and sealed with the gold-foiled ink injection screen 5 distributed with each hole 5a having a diameter of less than 0.01mm according

to contours of the protruded areas underneath the eyebrows.

Furthermore, the ink injection screen 5 is made of gold-foiled material such that, even if hole 5a, each having a diameter less than 0.01mm are processed, they do not produce scraps, thereby causing no troubles to skins and improving touch feelings of the stamp.

As apparent from the foregoing, there is an advantage in the eyebrow dressing stamper apparatus according to the present invention in that it can result in an eyebrow dressing where patterns are drawn as in the conventional stamp method and simultaneously the natural beauty is enkindled to a maximum.

Furthermore, there is another advantage in that left/right positions or sizes of left/right patterns can be accurately drawn and diversity is provided where only ink injection screens 5 having various patterns of eyebrow shapes can be replaced according to circumstances.

Still furthermore, only ink cartridges 4 are replaced after use such that the body 1 can be continuously utilized for semi-permanent use, thereby providing the user an economical advantage, practicality and convenience in handcarry.
