Abstract:
One embodiment of the present disclosure relates to an eyeglass lens that contains a compound that transmits no more than 5% of light of a wavelength of 410 nm and at least 70% of light of a wavelength of 430 nm under the following transmission measurement conditions. Transmission measurement conditions: Transmission of light of wavelengths of 410 nm, 430 nm is measured by spectrophotometer for a sample that contains 0.55 parts by mass of the compound per 100 parts by mass of a standard resin that is formed by curing a mixture that is 50.28 parts by mass a mixture of 2,5-bis(isocyanatomethyl)-bicyclo[2.2.1]heptane, 2,6-bis(isocyanatomethyl)-bicyclo[2.2.1]heptane, 25.50 parts by mass pentaerythritol tetrakis(3-mercaptopropionate), and 24.22 parts by mass 1,2-bis(2-mercaptoethylthio)-3-mercaptopropane, the sample being 1.6 mm thick at the measurement site.
