Abstract:
[Problem] To provide an eyeglasses frame for a head-mounted display device that enables the head-mounted display device to be used comfortably for a long period of time without squeezing the sides of the head of a user that wears eyeglasses, and that can be mounted on the mounting part in different shapes of a head-mounted device, thereby enabling viewing of a video in an optical state. [Solution] An eyeglasses frame 12 for a head-mounted display device includes: lens holding members 28a, 28b that hold eyeglasses lenses 26a, 26b and that are mounted on a mounting part 16 of a head-mounted display device 10; and a plurality of engagement parts 38a-38d, 42a-42d, 44a, 44b, 48a, and 48b that are individually formed on an outer periphery of the lens holding members 28a, 29b at positions corresponding to the mounting part 16 in different shapes, and that engage with an inner wall surface 36 of the mounting part 16. The engagement parts 38a-38d include an elastic member capable of sliding along the inner wall surface 36.
