Title:
F-18 LABELED 5-AMINOLEVULINIC ACID DERIVATIVE, SYNTHESIS METHOD THEREFOR, AND APPLICATION THEREOF
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2020/087794
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present application discloses an F-18 labeled 5-aminolevulinic acid derivative, a synthesis method therefor, and an application thereof. A radioactive probe provided in an implementation of the present application has a long radioactive half-life, and the stability and fat solubility thereof are clearly higher than those of 5-aminolevulinic acid. Compared with 5-aminolevulinic acid, the F-18-labeled 5-aminolevulinic acid derivative can form higher concentrations in diseased tissues, while having lower concentrations and toxicity in normal tissues. Furthermore, because the fat-solubility of the derivative is better, the derivative has an improved ability to penetrate the blood-brain barrier, and can accurately locate tumor tissues throughout the body, and has the potential to be a broad-spectrum tumor imaging agent.
