Abstract:
A Fischer-Tropsch (abbr. F-T) synthesis reactor of suspension state bed in three
phases and accessory system including: a F-T synthesis reactor body (1), a gas
distributor (2) at the bottom of the reactor, a heat exchanger inside the reactor,
a liquid-solid filter and separator (5) in the middle of the reactor, a guide equipment
(6) inside the reactor, a condensation and reflux separator (7) in gas vent space
at the top of the reactor, a regulator and a cleaner for the separator (5), an on-line
cleaner for the gas distributor (2), and an auxiliary system for processing deposit
slurry. Optionally a pre-condensation - entrainment separator system is situated
at the exit at the top of the reactor. The reactor can be used to F-T synthesis in
industrial scale process.
