Abstract:
A fabric cutting device for a nonwoven fabric winding machine, comprising: a fabric supporting mechanism, a fabric guide roller, a nonwoven fabric cutting mechanism and a pair of swing arms. The fabric supporting mechanism is fixed between the upper portions of the front ends of the pair of swing arms. Cloth guide roller supporting pins are arranged at the two ends of the fabric guide roller. The nonwoven fabric cutting mechanism is connected to the sides of the middle and lower portions of the front ends of the pair of swing arms which face each other. Swing arm actuating wheels are respectively fixed to the sides at the rear ends of the pair of swing arms facing away from each other. The pair of swing arm actuating wheels and the rear ends of the pair of swing arms are sleeved on the fabric guide roller supporting pins. Characteristics: the nonwoven fabric cutting mechanism comprises an acting cylinder fixing beam, a tension roller frame, a tension roller, a set of nonwoven fabric cutter holders, nonwoven fabric cutters, connecting rods for non-woven fabric cutter holder, a pair of pivoting arms, a pair of driving acting cylinders for the pivoting arms and a set of driving acting cylinders for the nonwoven fabric cutter holders. When a roll is fully wound and needs to be replaced, the nonwoven fabric which is being continuously drawn is cut immediately by the nonwoven fabric cutter, thereby avoiding waste and ensuring quality. The fabric cutting device is suitable for a high-speed nonwoven fabric production line.
