Abstract:
The present invention relates to a fabric-feeding preparation apparatus, in which fabrics, such as for an airbag, a comforter, and a pillow, which are fixed to a jig are easily inserted into a worktable of a sewing machine, and the fabrics fixed to the jig operated on the worktable are easily withdrawn when the fabrics, on which patterns of various shapes are sewn, are withdrawn. The fabric-feeding preparation apparatus of the present invention includes: a lower frame (10) including a leg (11) and a support plate (12); an upper frame (20) for feeding preparation and withdrawal guidance, which is vertically movably disposed above the lower frame (10), the upper frame (20) including a support plate (21); a jig (30) seated on the support plate (21) of the upper frame (20) to fix a fabric (1), the jig (30) including a plurality of tongs (31); a pair of elevating boards (40) vertically movable and disposed on either side of the upper frame (20); a plurality of insertion guide rods (50) disposed inside the elevating board (40), the insertion guide rods (50) being upwardly rotatable via a shaft (51) to guide the insertion of the jig (30) into a worktable (2a); cylinders (60) disposed on either side of the lower frame (10), respectively, to vertically move the upper fame (20); and cylinders (70) disposed on either side of the upper frame (20) to vertically move the elevating board (40).
