A fabric, a manufacturing method therefor, a vamp and a shoe. The fabric comprises a winding layer, the winding layer comprising multiple yarn groups, multiple outer peripheral winding points and multiple pattern winding points (13). A yarn group comprises two continuous yarns (21) which are different from each other in color, material and thread diameter, each continuous yarn (21) comprising a folded thread section (22). Some continuous yarns (21) of different yarn groups overlap with each other, and contact positions between the continuous yarns (21) are fixedly connected to each other. In the same yarn group, the pattern winding points (13) around which mutually corresponding folded thread sections (22) are wound are the same, and the mutually corresponding folded thread sections (22) only have intersection points at the positions of corresponding pattern winding points (13). By using two different continuous yarns (21) in the same yarn group and causing the continuous yarns to intersect only at the pattern winding points (13), a fabric pattern may be delineated using an interface line between different visual effects presented by the two continuous yarns (21), making the patterns relatively diverse.
