Abstract:
The present invention relates to a fabric for manufacturing a wig. More specifically, the present invention is directed to improve manufacturing productivity of wigs as well as reduce costs, by connecting synthetic hairs to an under thread, weaving the under thread with synthetic hairs and a stitching thread without synthetic hairs together to make a fabric for manufacturing a wig, and cutting and molding the fabric in a desired size. As a means for achieving the objects described above, the under thread contains a heat adhesive material on the surface, and one end of the synthetic hair is then adhered to the under thread by thermo-bonding. The under thread having the synthetic hair adhered thereto is used as a woof and the stitching thread having no synthetic hair adhered thereto is used as a meridian to weave the fabric for manufacturing a wig. According to the present invention, instead of manually bonding synthetic hairs to a basic thread or skin to manufacture a wig, synthetic hairs are first woven to a fabric and the fabric is cut into a desired size to make a wig. Thus, manufacturing time as well as manufacturing cost can be reduced, leading to an improved productivity.
