Abstract:
A stretch fabric for marking which has a laminated structure composed of: a first adhesive layer (11) constituted of a hot-melt adhesive comprising a thermoplastic polyurethane resin having material properties including a melting point of 125-165°C, a melt viscosity as measured at 150°C of 8,000-15,000 Pa·s, and a 100% modulus of 2-8 MPa; an interlayer (20) constituted of a thermosetting polyurethane resin which is stretchable and opaque; a second adhesive layer (12) constituted of a hot-melt adhesive comprising a thermoplastic polyurethane resin having the material properties; and a surface layer (30) constituted of a thermosetting polyurethane resin which is stretchable and transparent. A mark image (M) has been formed on the front side of the interlayer (20) or on the back side of the surface layer (30).
This marking fabric is satisfactory in adhesion to an adherend and in adhesion durability. The fabric can sufficiently stretch while conforming to the stretch of the adherend. With the fabric, a mark having excellent resistance to color fading can be formed.
