Abstract:
The problem addressed by the present invention is providing a fabric, which is a fabric containing organic fiber and has superior oil repelling properties, properties for washing and eliminating soiling, and water absorbency, and a textile product formed using this fabric. The means for solving this problem is to cause a specific fluorine-containing polymer and, if necessary, a quaternary ammonium salt to adhere to the fabric containing the organic fiber so as to make the water absorbency according to the JIS L 1018 A method (dropping method) 60 seconds or less and the oil repelling properties according to AATCC118-1992 class 4 or greater.
