Abstract:
A fabricated wall production platform, comprising an assembly workbench (40), a keel unit (20), a heat preservation cotton unit (10), a gypsum board unit (80), and a nailing unit (30). The keel unit (20) is configured to deliver a keel (21) with a preset length to the assembly workbench (40); the heat preservation cotton unit (10) is configured to lay the heat preservation cotton (11) on the keel (21); the gypsum board unit (80) is configured to deliver a gypsum board (81) to the heat preservation cotton (11); the nailing unit (30) is configured to implement nailing operations between the gypsum board (81), the heat preservation cotton (11), and the keel (21). Also provided are a fabricated wall production method, and a wall surface unit produced using the production platform or the production method. The production platform can effectively improve the degree of automation and is environmentally friendly.
