Abstract:
A fabrication method for an OLED backplate and an OLED backplate. According to the fabrication method for an OLED backplate, by means of forming a pixel opening (51) on a pixel definition layer (5) as well as a light shielding groove (52) correspondingly located above an active layer (21), and then using an inkjet printing means to form an OLED light-emitting functional layer (6) within the pixel opening (51) and to form a black light shielding block (7) that completely covers the active layer (21) within the light shielding groove (52), a TFT device (T) may be effectively prevented from being influenced by an illumination effect, thus guaranteeing the properties of the TFT device (T). The process of the present method is simple, and production costs are low.
