Abstract:
Disclosed are a face mask fusing device and a face mask manufacturing apparatus, wherein the face mask fusing device comprises a long-edge fusing mechanism and a short-edge fusing mechanism. The short-edge fusing mechanism comprises a feeding module, a feeding assembly, a first fusing assembly and a cutting assembly, wherein the feeding module comprises at least one limiting groove and at least one airflow channel in communication with the limiting groove. The long-edge fusing mechanism and the short-edge fusing mechanism respectively fuse long edges and short edges of a face mask body. The short-edge fusing mechanism conveys ear straps by means of the feeding module, wherein after the ear straps have been moved and conveyed to a preset position, the first fusing assembly acts to simultaneously fuse the short edges of a face mask and the ear straps; and at the same time, the cutting assembly is driven to cut the short edges of the face mask body and the ear straps, and thus, a fusing procedure of the short edges of the face mask body, a fusing procedure of the ear straps, a cutting procedure of the short edges of the face mask body and a cutting procedure of the ear straps are combined into one procedure, thereby effectively increasing production efficiency. The present utility model is applied to the technical field of face mask production and manufacturing.
