Abstract:
A method and system for smart flight display in airports based on face recognition technology, which will help passengers more conveniently and fully obtain required information about the airport and the passengers' flights from airport flight display screen devices. The system comprises an information collecting system (1), a computing system (2) and multiple flight display screen devices (31, 32, ... 3N); the information collecting system (1) comprises an image collection device (11), an image processing device (12) and an information acquisition device (13); the computing system (2) comprises a flight information system (21) and a facial characteristic processing system (22); when the flight display screen devices (31, 32, ... 3N) are used to receive a face image, facial characteristic data of a passenger querying information is acquired from the face image, then sent to the computing system (2), and flight information returned by the computing system (2) is shown.
