Abstract:
Disclosed are a face retrieval method and apparatus, and a server. The face retrieval method is applied to a retrieval device cluster. The retrieval device cluster comprises at least one node. The method comprises: collecting a face image to be retrieved, obtaining, by means of parsing, a first facial feature from the face image, and generating a first retrieval instruction according to the first facial feature; selecting a first node from the retrieval device cluster according to a load balancing rule, wherein the first node comprises a first retrieval server; and sending the first retrieval instruction to the first retrieval server, so as to trigger the first retrieval server to execute the first retrieval instruction in order to retrieve the first facial feature so as to obtain a first retrieval result.
