Abstract:
A face tooth cycloid-pin gear pair and a nutation speed reduction device. The face tooth cycloid-pin gear pair comprises a cycloid gear having a cycloid tooth surface and a pin gear having a pin gear tooth surface; the pin gear and the cycloid gear are engaged in a nutation drive manner; the angles between reference surfaces of the pin gear and the cycloid gear and corresponding axes are both between 88° and 91°, and the sum of the two angles is less than 180°; the parts where the pin gear tooth surface and the cycloid tooth surface are engaged with each other are respectively a pin gear working tooth surface and a cycloid gear working tooth surface; the pressure angle of the pin gear working tooth surface and the cycloid gear working tooth surface when engaged meets the condition that 45°-β-5°≤α≤45°-β+5°, wherein α is the pressure angle, and β is the friction angle between the pin gear working tooth surface and the cycloid gear working tooth surface. The nutation speed reduction device comprises a housing, a face tooth cycloid-pin gear pair provided in the housing, an input mechanism for driving the cycloid-pin gear pair to perform nutation motion, an output mechanism connected to the cycloid-pin gear pair, and a torque transmitting component for transmitting the torque of the cycloid-pin gear pair.
