Provided by the present application are a facial glossiness classification device and method, and a computer storage medium, the method comprising the following steps: segmenting a facial image and extracting to obtain a binary image of a facial complexion zone; removing eye and lip zones from the binary image of the facial complexion zone; transforming the facial image onto an HSV image space, extracting a V channel feature vector, and multiplying the V channel feature vector by the binary image from which the eye and lip zones are removed so as to obtain a V channel grey scale image from which the eye and lip zones are removed; positioning a facial gloss zone in the V channel grey scale image on the basis of the Otsu binary loop method; performing communication zone screening on the facial gloss zone to screen out the two largest white communicating zones, and performing feature extraction so as to obtain a feature vector of the facial image; and performing facial glossiness classification training on the feature vectors of all facial images by using an SVM classifier so as to generate a facial glossiness classifier. The present application is capable of improving the accuracy of facial glossiness classification.
