The present invention enables a user to pull up a jaw portion and the entire portion of a face with appropriate tension in a state where the facial mask is attached to the face when using the facial mask for skin beauty, thereby preventing skin sagging and aging while improving skin beauty, such that a resilient and vital facial skin care is offered. As a means for achieving the objective, the present invention provides a support band in the form of a semicircular strip which can be put on and fixed to a head with an elastic material such as a synthetic resin. The support band comprises: fixing clips on an outer side surface thereof configured to be capable of pulling the facial mask and bonding the same thereto; and a binding band for fixing the support band in a state that the support band is put on the head, in which a plurality of locking protrusions are protruded at both end portions of a semicircular support portions. A facial mask used together with the support band is provided with a plurality of pulling strings at equal intervals so as to extend long outwardly from a general facial mask pack at an upper end thereof so that the pulling strings are pulled up in a state where the facial mask is attached to the face to be bonded and fixed to the fixing clips, wherein the face can be pulled upward while the facial mask is attached to the face.
