Abstract:
Provided is a facial tissue and corrugated paper automatic aligning device, comprising: a single sheet press-fit roller (1), a facial tissue detecting device (3), a facial tissue conveying device (6) obliquely arranged, a facial tissue front lay (7) arranged at a high end of the facial tissue conveying device (6), a corrugated paper detecting device (2) arranged below the facial tissue detecting device (3), a continuous corrugated paper conveying device horizontally arranged below the facial tissue conveying device (6), two transverse cutter rollers (9) and a control system, wherein the facial tissue detecting device (3) and a deviation correction system (4) are arranged at a lower end of the facial tissue conveying device (6); one end of the continuous corrugated paper conveying device is provided with the single sheet press-fit roller (1); and one side of an input end of continuous corrugated paper (8) of the continuous corrugated paper conveying device is provided with the two transverse cutter rollers (9). Further provided is a facial tissue and corrugated paper automatic aligning method. According to the device and method, a single sheet of facial tissue board and a corresponding single sheet of corrugated paper can be aligned to achieve engagement, so that left and right deviation correction can be achieved, and the quantity of facial tissue advancing can be controlled.
