Abstract:
Prior art has a drawback that a solar panel cannot be laid nor a heliport can be installed.
In the inventive facility at the banking portion covering waste disposal plant,
a reclaimed land (1) is formed by excavating selected flat soil, a dam (2) is built
of the excavated soil on the outer circumference, and a water blocking layer is
formed under the reclaimed land (1). When a predetermined amount of the lump
of detoxificated and stabilized incineration ash (6) of waste, temporarily
stored in the reclaimed land (1) while being solidified with lime-based solidification
agent and packed in a bag, accumulates, it is conveyed to the reclaimed land (1),
unpacked and crushed and then buried by being trod down by heavy equipment into
a substantially pyramidal shape by repeating the operations, upper portion
of the substantially pyramidal shape is flattened to form a heliport, an upper
water blocking layer is formed above the entirety, solar panels (11) are laid
on three surfaces of the substantially pyramidal shape, and the stairs (12) to
the heliport (10) is provided on one surface.
