Abstract:
A facility equipment management unit (31) manages the operating status of facility equipment. A user authentication processing unit (32) performs a user authentication in accordance with a request from a monitoring terminal, and, when the user authentication is successful, generates for each facility management device (3) an authentication code in which authentication data, to which a digital signature has been added using the device's own secret key (111), has been encoded using a public key of each facility management device (3), and sends the authentication codes to the monitoring device. An authentication code analysis unit (33), upon receiving from the monitoring terminal the authentication code created for its own facility management device (3), decodes the received authentication code using the device's own secret key (111), and performs authentication by verifying the digital signature using the public key of a representative facility management device (3). When an authentication is successful using the user authentication processing unit (32) or the authentication code analysis unit (33), a web server unit (34) is able to monitor and manipulate data that indicates the operating status of each piece of facility equipment being managed by the facility equipment management unit (31).
