Abstract:
A facility management system (1) is provided with: a first acquisition means (110) for acquiring a facial image of a visiting user visiting a facility; a first authorization means (120) for authorizing use of the facility by the visiting user when it has been determined, on the basis of the acquired facial image of the visiting user, that the user is able to use the facility; a second acquisition means (210) for acquiring a facial image of a specific user using a service provided at the facility; and a second authorization means (220) for authorizing use of the service when it has been determined, on the basis of the facial image of the specific user acquired by the second acquisition means, that the specific user is a user authorized to use the facility. Thus, it is possible to suitably manage a user's use of a facility and use of a service in the facility.
